On Demand is a cost effective IT support solution aimed specifically at organisations requiring around the clock, guaranteed professional IT Support on a pay as you go basis. These packages are ideal for small companies wanting to closely monitor their spending or for larger businesses wanting a back up to their in house IT department.
Block of Hours
We have an option of support where you can purchase “Blocks of Hours” You can purchase a number of hours typically in units of 10. These hours can be used proactively or reactively. The hours do not have a time limit, no issues or requirement no change to the banked hours We do however encourage a bi monthly visit to monitor your IT performance as a minimum requirement. You will receive a monthly statement to reflect any time used from your bank.
Ad Hoc
Certain clients have a level of IT knowledge/experience and support “in house” are therefore able to undertake some IT projects internally. ECS pride itself on building close relationships with its clients, ensuring we have a full understanding of exactly what is required and how your business operates, we regularly assist clients as if an extension of any existing resource. This is invaluable in certain circumstances, for example; Holiday cover, Sickness cover or Interim cover for employee replacement.
